Dedication to Our Residents and Their Families

Diana Locklear started her journey in long-term care at Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center right after she graduated high school in 1994. While working at the care center, Diana became a Certified Nursing Assistant and went to nursing school to further her career. Now working as a Transitional Care Nurse and MDS Coordinator, she has become a vital part of the team in Ashland, VA.

Stephanie Bradshaw takes on many different roles at Consulate Health Care of Windsor. Her willingness to help others, whether it is a resident or staff member in need of assistance, makes her a key member of the team at the care center. Currently, Stephanie serves the center as a social services director, AP, and receptionist but is always ready to help other departments.

Spreading Compassion at Consulate Health Care of Lake Parker for 26 Years

Sylvia Guion has been part of the Consulate Health Care of Lake Parker team for 26 years. She started at the care center as a housekeeper and worked in many departments before becoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the role she is in today. After so many years of dedication, she truly enjoys coming to the center and helping the residents while learning new things from her workers each day.

Brittany Hunter is the Assistant Director of Nursing at Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, VA. Since 2018, she has been part of the Consulate family and leads her staff with integrity and respect.
