Avri Livingstone joined the Consulate Health Care family in October 2015. He started at the service desk at the corporate office in Maitland, FL. and in early June 2018, he moved to the telecom desk as an IT analyst.

While he happily settled into his new role, one of his co-workers at the service desk, Christopher Lopez, fondly remembers him. “Avri would be the first person to assist me and always made sure I fully understood what I could do to better my approach the next time the issue arose. He was a great part of our team and he was an even greater example of what we should all strive to be.”

Avri graduated as a materials engineer from the University of Florida. He started work in the engineering field right after college, and then moved to the insurance industry. He later had a career change and moved his focus into the IT industry and has not looked back.

As an IT analyst, he helps to handle the telecommunication services for all the Consulate Health Care centers in Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

He handles both the hardware and software for all telecom systems. This includes the installation and related services for desk phones and extensions, cell phones, care center phones, internal televisions, and for Intranet communications for the corporate offices in both Florida and Georgia. “Our vendors include all the multinational companies like AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, and many others that provide a vast range of services for us,” says Avri.

“I enjoy what I do and to be honest, we all have bills to pay,” he laughs. Moreover, he loves the environment and has a great camaraderie among his new co-workers, not to mention the flexibility it offers and the great company benefits. His goal is to learn and thrive in his new field so that he can become an IT telecom expert in the healthcare industry.

“Integrity and passion are my Core Values. When I was at the service desk, I had to listen carefully to what customers had to say and offer solutions to their problems. Making sure that I provided exemplary service,” he said.

Avri has a 16-year-old daughter and a 12-year-old son. As a loving and supportive father, he cheers them on in their respective sporting activities.
