As the Long Term Care Administrators Week comes to an end, we would like to recognize our Consulate administrators who, every day, put into practice their leadership skills, compassionate nature, and extraordinary dedication to their job. Because of their commitment to our mission, we are able to offer the best service to our residents and their families. Their work not only reflects upon residents and families but extends to the staff’s wellbeing and safety around our care centers.
Recognizing individuals who set industry standards and work relentlessly to care for staff and residents is an honor. Their daily work helps guarantee that the Consulate centers are offering compassionate care with integrity and respect. The passion that these administrators have shown continuously makes them key members of our company.
“Nothing makes me happier than to be able to recognize and honor your achievements,” said Tim Lehner, COO at Consulate Health Care. Honoring the company’s Executive Directors and other administrators, Tim recognized their devotion to the care we offer and our mission. “Thank you for your commitment to excellence and the standard you set for what it means to be a leader at Consulate.”
This past year presented our leaders with many challenges and the need to adapt. The executive directors from each care center went above and beyond to ensure that all residents and staff were safe and taken care of. From creating safety plans and guidelines to ensuring their residents’ quality of life along the way, the dedication they showed was extraordinary.
“Being a Long Term Care Executive Director is not just a job, it is a calling. A calling to serve our most vulnerable and frail.” President of the Mid-Atlantic division, Jeron Walker, had some kind words of gratitude to say to our administrators. “It is one of the noblest causes to be had. To each Executive Director, I want you to know: You make a difference every day in the lives of so many. You are strong, dedicated, compassionate, hardworking, intelligent and loyal,” he said. “I am so proud to work with each and every one of you. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better leader and a better person.”
Mikki Meer, President of the Florida Division, also used this opportunity to celebrate Consulate’s administrators and their hard work. “Thank you for all you do every day,” she said. Mikki expressed her appreciation for her team of hard working executive directors.
Thus, we want to wrap up this week expressing our sincere gratitude for our administrators. As leaders in our Consulate family, these individuals never fail in showing their compassion, integrity and passion for the profession. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to our residents, staff and Consulate’s mission of “Providing Service with Our Hearts and Hands”.
