Mix following ingredients together:

½ lb. corned beef, cut into strips then chopped

1 lb. sauerkraut with ¼ cup of its juice

8 oz. (plus 1 cup extra for topping) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

12 oz. shredded swiss cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

Then, top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a 10” by 10” pan.

Serve with rye crackers.
