As a part of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), healthcare centers are measured and rated on a 5-star scale, helping families and caregivers compare providers more easily.
Amongst the CMS rating system, state surveyors also perform annual inspections to evaluate services and renew the care center’s state licensure. Surveyors enter the care center unannounced to interview and observe staff, check records and determine compliance with regulations. These regulations include quality of care, residents’ rights, and HIPAA governance.
Parkview Care Center, in Fremont, OH recently underwent this state inspection and received a deficiency free survey. As a 40-bed skilled nursing center, this result is a tremendous representation of the quality of care and service that Parkview staff provides to their residents. Receiving a deficiency free survey is a reflection of the care center’s operations passing each of the many applicable regulations, and is a tribute to the standards of care that all of their employees follow every day.
Parkview Care Center offers services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer’s and dementia care. The culture creates a community where Consulate staff cares for patients and residents like family, not because it’s their job, but because it’s their calling. We are Ambassadors of Care.
Parkview Care Center, located at 1406 Oak Harbor Road in Fremont, OH earned a deficiency-free survey in May 2016.
