Laura Allie from Consulate’s corporate office in Roanoke submitted this delicious recipe for chicken cheese dip. Serve it with crackers, and you’ll have a great snack for hungry football watchers!

Ingredients:

1 can of chicken (or two fresh chicken breasts boiled and shredded)

1 package of cream cheese

4 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, halved

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 small onion, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for two cups of the cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Mix well.

Spread the mixture into a baking pan and then top with the remaining cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
