Consulate Health Care Centers Receive Deficiency Free 2021 Annual State Survey Recognitions

Yearly, only 9.2% of senior living centers across the country earn a deficiency-free designation. The Deficiency Free 2021 Annual State Survey is an indication that the center complies with all state’s quality and safety regulations and a recognition that its services are of the highest quality. Recently, four Consulate Health Care centers received this qualification.
