When the Covid-19 pandemic challenged Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Pikeville, Kentucky with a new visitation policy, ingenuity came to the rescue. One family member suggested in jest, “That’s okay, I’ll come and look at my mom through her window.” That comment soon became helpful to all of the residents at Parkview.
