Melissa Wicks from Oak Grove Healthcare Center in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, shares her recipe for simple dip.


2 – 8 oz. bars of cream cheese

1 can of green chilis

1 can of chili (no beans)

Grated cheddar cheese


Spread cream cheese into the bottom of a serving dish.

Pour chili over the cream cheese and spread it into an even layer.

Layer the green chilis over the chili.

Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the chilis.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees until the mix is bubbling.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or anything else you would like to dip.
