Mark Crandall, the Chief Information Officer at Consulate Health Care, recently contributed an article in CIO Outlook, a print magazine which provides a forum for senior information management to share helpful experiences.

In Mark’s article, he discusses how Consulate Health Care has been able to create a framework for simple, stable, and secure connectivity to the company’s clinical and financial information systems. This allows healthcare practitioners to achieve Consulate’s mission of “Providing Service with Our Hearts and Hands.”

He explains some of the challenges his organization had to overcome in order to provide efficiency and performance in the mobile workforce.
