Cindy Stevens, Care Liaison at Edgewood Manor of Lucasville, shares her recipe for chicken casserole. She likes to prepare this dish on Sundays after church.

Mix the following ingredients together:

6 chicken breasts,boiled & cut into bite-sized pieces

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 13 oz. can of evaporated milk

Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Topping:

Empty 1 package of Pepperidge Farm sage & onion flavored stuffing mix into a medium bowl.

Mix in 1 can of chicken broth or a cup and a half of the broth from the boiled chicken.

Add 1 stick melted butter to the mixture.

Crumb the mixture over the top of casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This dish can be put together the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
