This recipe, submitted by Sara Realmuto in Consulate’s Roanoke corporate office, is always a hit at Consulate family gatherings.

Ingredients:

1 package cream cheese, softened

1 cup cooked chicken breast (either shredded rotisserie chicken or canned, shredded chicken)

1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce

2 cups shredded cheese

Tortilla chips

Directions:

Mix cooked chicken and buffalo sauce in a medium bowl.

Spread the cream cheese in an even layer on the bottom of a baking dish.

Add layer of buffalo chicken mix.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until cheese is melted.)

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
