Each year, outstanding caregivers from Consulate Health Care’s staff are nominated for ACE Awards. The ACE Awards were created in 2004 to recognize individuals who exemplify each of Consulate’s five Core Values: Compassion, Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Passion. Last year, from the many nominations, five Consulate team members earned the coveted ACE Award. Over the past several weeks, we have featured each one of the ACE Award winners and shared a bit of their story with you.
These individuals have inspired, cared for, and positively affected those around them more than they could ever imagine. They have enhanced the lives of our residents and have served as role models for the caring and compassionate staff with whom they work.
