During your lifetime, it’s likely that you or someone you love will have a need for donated blood. Donating blood now helps you “pay it forward.” If you are not sure whether or not to donate blood, remember that the need for blood is constant and your contribution is important for a healthy and reliable blood supply.  When you give blood, you are making a critical contribution to someone in need, and possibly even saving a life.
