Lincoln Centers for Rehabilitation and Healthcare Receives Deficiency-Free Survey

Lincoln Centers is a 166-bed skilled nursing center and 12-bed Independent Living home, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Lincoln Centers offers services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Lincoln Centers, located in Connersville, IN, earned a deficiency-free survey in March 2016. Receiving a deficiency-free survey is a reflection of the care center’s operations passing each of the many applicable regulations, and is a tribute to the standards of care that all of their employees follow every day.
