Laura Allie, Accounts Receivable Billing Assistant in Roanoke, Virginia, shared her recipe for homemade baked macaroni and cheese. There are only four ingredients in this simple recipe!

Ingredients:

1 box of macaroni

1 large egg

1 cup of milk

8 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Boil macaroni until al dente.

Spray baking pan or dish with baking spray.

Put a layer of macaroni in the dish and top with cheese.

Repeat process, using up all the ingredients, making sure a cheese layer is on top.

In a separate bowl, mix together egg and milk and pour evenly over top of the mixture.

Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
