The Consulate Cookbook is where we have been gathering delectable recipes from various sources that we have shared with you each week throughout this past year on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and our website. However, as we move into 2017, we want our recipes to reflect the diverse tastes that make up our Consulate family.  The 2017 Consulate Family Cookbook will be compiled of all of our employees’ favorite family recipes and their cultural backgrounds.

We want to include your family traditions along with your recipes. If you would like to have your recipe featured in the Cookbook in 2017, please send us the recipe along with a small blurb about it, and why it is special to you. Additionally, if you would like to share photos of the family members who created the recipes, that is also welcomed.

Since January is all about New Year’s Resolutions and a fresh start, we are looking for healthy recipes.  It can be any type of dish (i.e. desserts, appetizers, drinks, snacks, etc.) but it must be nutritious and homemade (nothing from the Food Network, Rachel Ray, etc.).

We are asking that between now and 12/31, you submit your family recipes to GoodNews@consulatehc.com to be considered for our January phase of the Consulate Family Cookbook. Starting in January, we will feature one employee recipe each week on our CONSULATELIFE app.

When you submit your recipe, please be sure to include a signed consent form (available in Policy CC-103) allowing us to use your recipe and share it on our website and our social media sites as well (FacebookTwitterInstagram).

We greatly appreciate your participation, and we are eager to see all of your delectable recipes!
