This delicious smoothie has all healthy natural ingredients including fresh fruit and just a bit of honey for sweetness.  You can prepare the ingredients ahead of time and blend them just before serving. Keep in mind that this recipe serves one, so you can double or triple the ingredients for multiple servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe or other melon
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
