Selfless Team Members Make Recognizing Employees Effortless and Fun
Engaged employees are more enthusiastic, creative, and confident. And with some studies showing as much as 70% of the American workforce as disengaged, it’s more important than ever for organizations to find ways to demonstrate appreciation for their workers. When you have employees like ours, who dedicate their lives to the service and well-being of others, increased employee engagement through recognition becomes that much more important.
In order to honor the employees of Garden Court Rehab in Bossier City, Louisiana, an “All Hands In!” celebration was held. The care center’s department heads provided and prepared the food as each employee joined together to trace their hands on an “All Hands In!” poster, symbolic of their collective pledge of providing care with their hearts and hands. Core Value winners were also recognized during the celebration and their certificates were proudly displayed on the wall alongside the “All Hands In!” poster.
Whether it’s with large celebrations or through simple notes of thanks, we understand the importance of and are committed to increasing employee engagement by incorporating employee recognition into our daily routine. Our caregivers provide their hearts and hands to serve others and deserve the recognition and praise they receive for doing so.
